I’ve made so many mistakes over the years and wasted so much money because I had no one telling me what to do and what not to do. But, I eventually figured it out. And this info will now be yours through The Gold Rush. And when it comes to marketing, many think its branding. Like put your cute new logo on chotchkis to give away. That’s a marketing product. But that’s not marketing. What I mean by this is creating within your schedule, the opportunities that you will go and chop some wood. And this encompasses many different things.. Where to farm.. through community events, open houses, door knocking, digital door knocking, circle prospecting, media, social media, mailers, should you do them or not.. We will set you in the right direction with marketing techniques that work and cost nothing or very minimal..

It's been about a couple of months with the gold rush and my mentor, coach because everyone needs one. And so far my experience has been nothing but grand.. It has escalated the second the week I started and that goes with Instagram and branding myself as an agent. The very thing that most people don't realize that is the most important part of being a real estate agent is branding yourself because it's you that they sell. So so far so good on that. So far I have two closings that I'm working on, and things are just moving up. As long as you follow the advice and the steps of the program. You are good to go!
